So you want to change the password every 5 minutes? How is that going to help?
If these "hackers" can still access your inbox after you change your password once, it's more than likely your computer is infected.

    My advice:
Get a good Anti-Virus program and format your computer if you can.
    Use a pass-phrase, not a password. (http://xkcd.com/936/ )

Haha! How would changing the password every five minutes help, if you have a list of unencrypted passwords on your machine and they most likely have to your machine... well they have a nice handy list of passwords to try don't they?

More to the point: no one is going to do bespoke programming for free on a forum (even more so if you registered simply to post the request...)

Haha, I've just looked through OP's posts. Look's like he's an amature spy or something .

Anyway, rosewood the scenario you have described is very, very, very unlikely.
If the hackers can indeed crack your inbox every time then they have discovered a flaw in yahoo mail's security.
    Better let Yahoo know!

No email security has been an issue for some time now.
Its not complex enough like a mobile phone made of bits and bytes. 0 and 1s.
they a bit like the p4 phones. Easily hackable.
Not enough has been done to make emails secure and emails are a vital source of communication.

From what I've struggled to make out from this, I'd disagree with the last statement. Google have offered two factor authentication, for free, for over a year now. This solves your problem.
