We all have one, or maybe there's a number of them.

Those songs that just feel like they were written for you. The songs that you get a shiver down your spine every time without fail !

    Share the love guys.

    For me:

Dennis Wilson - Thoughts of You.

As the top comment on youtube says:

"Melencholy, stark & haunting with no absolutely trace of being overwraught or melodramatic. Guess that's whan an honest composition gives us us, and will continue to give us as the years pass & sounds & fads come & go. Damn...simple, eloquent, beautiful. Nice."

    A song that hits hard.

Either Slowdive's Alison or My Bloody Valentine's Sometimes

In fact everything from both albums, Loveless and Souvlaki give me goosebumps.

Porcelain by Moby, which some of you will recognise as the soundtrack for The Beach.

    Wonderful song.

I remember hearing a song by Moby on an X Files episode called Closure.

It was called My Weakness, great conclusion to Mulder's epic journey!

Hanz Zimmer is a genius! I love the inception tracks, especially 'time', he also did pearl harbour and Gladiator.
Thomas Newman is also a genius, composing this:

And finally, for minimalist music, Ludovico Einaudi.

    Listen, you will like

    Edit:why would you neg that?

The Soundtrack to Millions, Mission to Mars, Gladiator...

Some of the Titanic soundtrack is truly haunting - 'Hymn to the Sea', or the lead theme by Sissel.

An Ending (Ascent) - Brian Eno

Structures from Silence - Steve Roach

Oxygene 4 - Jean Michel Jarre

    Book of Days - Enya

Friska Viljor (Swedish Indie-Pop/Rock) - Old Man. Simply one of the best songs I've ever heard.
