room for rent in LIVERPOOLHi,
I am transferring unis from Liverpool to London, so I have a room available to rent.
open to ALL LIVERPOOL UNI students.
It is a house share with 3 other girls who attend Liverpool John Moores University, and will be starting their second years.
All very nice, fun, and keen on tidying up.
The room is in Pilgrim Street, Liverpool, which is a central and safe area near Central train station and Lime Street. There are also a lot of pubs and clubs very near.
The room is a double room.

A term certain of 52 weeks (364 days)
from Sunday 1st July 2012 - time 12.00 noon (Start date)
to Sunday 30th June 2013 - time 12.00 noon (End Date)
It is £102 a week with ALL BILLS included.
