    BRISTOL Summer Accommodation - 2 Double Rooms
    Two Double rooms available in 3 bedroom Townhouse in Stoke Gifford. Ideally situated near MOD, AXA, BAE, Hewlett Packard and UWE Frenchay Campus, and just 4 miles from Bristol City Center.
    Transport links: Filton Abbey Wood and Parkway Train Stations are within 20-25 min walk (1mile), Bus links from UWE are 5 min walk. M32/M4/M5 all within 3 miles.
    Car share to Bath available on weekdays (approx 35-40 min travel time)

    Street Parking available or alternatively a garage is available for an additional £30 per month
    Room Amenities: Fully Furnished, tv/dvd available, Bike storage, Garden
    Max stay 3 month, short term OK, or the option to choose fewer days at a reduced rate.
    £350 rent inc bills (internet, gas, electric, water and TV)

    The ground floor has integral garage and hallway leading to WC, open plan kitchen diner, leading to garden and second garage and additional parking bay.

    Large Lounge with Balcony on 1st floor
    2 x bedrooms plus en suite on 2nd floor

    Sharing with: Professional and student - quiet and considerate couple who are often working, non smokers occupying master bedroom at opposite end of house on top floor.
    Looking for a Professional or student non smoker who is clean, tidy and considerate.

    Hi,

    Are you still looking for anyone to take up the room(s) in your house?

    A colleague and I are looking for somewhere to stay from 24th June until 1st September as interns working just outside the city.

    Any help much appreciated.
