I hate my teeth so damn much
Why is it, that even though I brush and floss my teeth diligently, never eat crisps, never eat biscuits, brush my teeth immediately after eating chocolate, I still get bloody cavities. I've now got a mouthfull of fillings and another cavity just appeared on my front tooth it's infuriating. Some people worry about bad breath, but I know exactly how my breath smells, metallic.
They seriously are the ultimate proof that intelligent design is nonsense, no intelligent being would make such a fundamental mistake as flimsy, weak teeth.

Sensodyne Pronamel and Colgate Fluori-gard mouthwash are the best products I've found for this problem.

Also, I'm not sure brushing immediately after eating is the best idea. I've read that teeth are particularly sensitive after you've just eaten, but that could be false.

You shouldn't brush too soon after eating sugar - the sugar attacks and weakens the enamel and brushing it then damages it further.

Ask your dentist for some high fluoride toothpaste.

If you're going to brush your teeth around eating you should only brush them before you eat dinner to remove any food that may have gotten lodged into the gaps between your teeth and that helps prevent anything from forming then after your dinner it's best to just wait till you go to bed.

Me personally I only brush my teeth when I wake up, after I get back in from university/ an hour before I have dinner then just before I go to bed.

I've only ever had one filling which I'm due to get replaced and I'm having a tooth removed in a few days but not because of how I care for my teeth, a girl accidentally whacked me around the face with her bag and cracked it for me to the extent that the dentist can't save it and the other teeth around it need to have some form of caps put on them -.-
