Although these attitudes are prevalent in the population at large, I can't say I've encountered them in any significant sense on here. I am a bit confused about what you mean by the second one though, so I am really speaking about the first and third.

When a person is unhappy with the current state of their existence they must either hold themselves responsible or hold someone/something else responsible. It is no coincidence that the type of person who is most likely to be unhappy with the results of their life is also least likely to to hold themselves accountable for the circumstances surrounding their life.
