Labour under Ed Miliband? [AS LEVEL]
Hi guys im taking Edexcel AS Unit 1+2 .

    Now for labour you got:

Traditional - Equality, Collectivism, State public services Strong trade unions, Strong welfare state, Reduce class differences, Social Justice(Equal oppurtunities) ie Education

New Labour (Blair) - Indivualism(Lower direct taxes, property ownership supported) Education stressed, Free Market, Welfare more targetted,Social justice , Education, Increasing foreign aid (eg campaign to cancel 3rd world debt)

But what the hell is miliband!?

All my books have very little on him yet "modern labour" has been a topic in many past exams in recent years

    All help appreciated!

It's been a while since you posted and nobody's replied yet...maybe you should check out MarkedbyTeachers.com, TSR's sister site. It has the largest library of essays in the UK.

They've got over 181,000+ coursework, essays, homeworks etc.. all written by GCSE, A Level, University and IB students across all topics. You get access either by publishing some of your own work, or paying £4.99 for a month's access. Both ways give you unlimited access to all of the essays.

All their documents are submitted to Turnitin anti-plagiarism software, so it can't be misused, and the site's used by hundreds of thousands of UK teachers and students.

What's more, you can take a look around the site and preview the work absolutely free. Click here to find out more...

i don't think even he knows to be honest. you could point out how there are both new labour and old labour figures in his cabinet, and his rhetoric is mostly just contrary to the conservatives, who have attempted to emulate tony blair's model of dragging towards the middle. he speaks kind of old labour with his anti cuts stuff, but he's hardly reinstating clause IV.
