Room available in a 4 bed house around 5-10min walk from Collage Lane Campus and 5-10mins walk to Hatfield train station and ASDA.
3 2nd year students will be living there from late September 2012.
Price per week will be around £83 not including bills. Really nice, clean house. 1 bathroom, 4 single bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room/eating area and garden with shed and is worth the money!
Unlike some student houses, this was the best we have seen, very clean, no mold.
Housemates are friendly and not party animals.
