Erm, yeah the instruction leaflet should tell you the right amount to take.
Drink orange juice.... I find it makes you go to the poopie a lot.
There could be some creams that you put around your anus to allow the passage more easily (so it doesn't hurt).
Ask your pharmie, or google (I don't want to say what we used as a child in case it wasn't 'correct')
Also I'm answering on the basis that I believe you are constipated.
IF you are not, slightly odd question, but whatever floats your boat.
