To be honest I've never heard of SED until today. I'm not an expert about it but the advice I would give you is to keep trying. As you said with the pizza example, you thought it was disgusting but eventually tried it and liked it. Keep trying other foods and see the ones you like, unless there is poison in it, it's not going to harm you. So just remember that and keep trying, it may take a while as I'm aware conditions like this can't be rid of in a week. But just remember, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again.

(sorry this may be long)
It's not even that I particularly like the foods that I don't eat. It's just that I assume I hate everything else and that I can't try anything else. It may sound silly, but it's actually a challenge to try something new (and a miracle if I do like it!) Until I was 10 I thought pizza was disgusting, until the day I had the bravery to try it. And I hated it at first but slowly started to enjoy it and now I'm so thankful my aunt convinced me to try it. I mean can you imagine if I'd never tried pizza?! Crazy right?!
Hope I helped.
