When do they change offer to Unconditional?
I have fulfilled all the requirements for my application to KCL (BA in History)—I had to get 100 on the TOEFL test and got 110. Yesterday I sent them a screenshot of my online score report—they said it was ok, as they need my original certificate for enrollment only (I'm still waiting for it to come in the mail).

When will they change the offer from conditional to unconditional?

They didn't send me any message/notifications. Today I called them to make sure they got my results (never trust emails and stuff...), but couldn't talk to anybody...

    Thanks

It took ages for them to change mine to unconditional, although they were still doing admissions at the time. I think I chased it up after about 4 weeks, and a week or so after I got through to someone in the office, my offer updated in ucas/myapplication.
