Could I Go Lighter?
So, I've always had dark hair and although I think I suit it, I'm getting a bit bored.
Just wondering if anyone thought I could go lighter - I'm not talking about whacking a tub of bleach on y head and being done with it, but either lighter browns/darker blonde/highlights etc.
Any thoughts?
Note: I'm also don't have black hair like in the picture, it's a darker brown colour!
Thanks <3 -
Re: Could I Go Lighter? You could probably go to a mid brown, you definately suit being darker. I'd say your best colour would be a 4.0 which is medium brown (Catherine Zeta Jones colour).(Original post by rubixcyoob)

You could remove the black and then get a salon to put some lightener foils all through your hair. If the hair was then coloured with a 5.0 Light Brown it would go a very soft multi-tonal medium brown. -
Tell that to my hairdresser she did it(Original post by ScottCornwall)
Its never wise (nor often possible) to go from dark to platinum blonde, the hair suffers so much that you just get yellow coming through! I always advice to go lighter slowly.
