So this might seem like a non issue but unfortunately sometimes I feel my family dont get me. Basically I'm an international student over here and my cousin has come to visit London with his wife. My uni is a fair bit away though, so I'm sure they wont be visiting me. His dad sent me a message on BBM today with their number telling me to call them. But I've been ill for the past week and have a massive headache today, so I dont feel like talking to anyone (and coming across fake). I'm also someone who can be a bit reserved at times but this wouldn't really be a problem in this case if I wasnt ill. Do I say I'll call tomorrow or would that be rude considering I'm not thaat ill? Or do I just pretend I was half sleeping when I read the message (and call tomorrow) ?

I would just politely explain that you're feeling under the weather but that you would love to talk to them tomorrow x
