It depends on the subject, for example for physics the collins book is great, but for chemistry it's awful... and vice versa for CGP.
Also collins only do books for the AQA exam board... plus CGP books look nicer and are full of hilarious pictures, so I'm gonna say CGP.

CGP got me A's and A*'s at GCSE.
CGP got me A's for the modules I've taken so far for my A-Levels.
Take what you want from that.
