Is It Possible To Lose Teeth Without Noticing?
I have suffered from bulimia nervosa for a couple of months now. Binge/purging doesn't happen too too often but the past week has been absolutely tragic. Been having about 5/6 episodes per day.

I think I've discovered a cavity / one of my upper molars seems to be missing. However, I don't remember any pain or feeling the tooth actually falling out and surely it must have turned up somewhere?)..I've definitely noticed the effects of acid erosion though. My gums seems like they've started receding and my teeth have started to look translucent.

Anyways, is it possible that the BN caused my tooth to fall out?

I've heard bulimia can damage teeth so there is a possibility.
I'm sure you don't want to hear this, but if you're noticing effects of acid erosion and possibly have a missing tooth, then maybe you should speak to a dentist about it and see what advice they have to offer you.

possibly, but it would have to have been dead already when it fell out (or you would have noticed a lot of blood)

please go see a dentist *edit*, not just a dentist!

In my case it is possible to grow teeth without me noticing. It usually happens at the front of my mouth and usually takes place at night when its all dark.
