    Groningen applicants!
Just wondered if there's anyone else applying? I feel like there's not many of us

Suppose it may be nice to get chatting to some of you before August, so yeah. May as well have a thread.

I'm heading over for the Psychology selection day on June 2nd, anyone else going?

Hey, yeah I'm applying for psychology too!

Going to the selection day; quite excited to see what the uni/place is like. I hope this test isn't too bad though, I haven't done maths for like 4 years haha!

I looks nice in photos, hopefully it'll be as nice in real life!

This website has some useful stuff on it like example questions, most of them look OK (for maths and Biology) but are written differently to English questions, which has confused me a bit. Some of them have diagrams in Dutch instead of English too, which will make answering them a bit more, uh, fun?

No I've not, need to wait until the selection day and they've said if I'm in or not, although I was speaking to a higher up in the applications department who applications are low this year for psych, so people who go to the selection day should all get in.

I'll be going through the Housing Office for accomodation It sounds like you've not sorted it yet either?

nope i haven't got accommodation sorted either! i was looking to apply to the housing office but there's a group on facebook called free housing announcements in groningen (you should look for it) that i was just going to post there and see what comes up as if i get a room, it will avoid paying the 300 euro housing fee. if nothing comes up, i'll just apply to the housing office.

Yeah it looks so lovely in pictures!
Oh yeah, thanks for the link. The biology looks fine, but the maths (?) ahhh it looks hard to me (well not hard but I can't be bothered to start recapping on all that haha!)
