People who have 'starved' themselves...Who here has 'starved' themselves in order to thin out - by starving, I don't mean completely not eating for days on end. What I mean is eating really small or limited meals (like only protein and veg or something like that).
How long did it take you to thin out? -

Re: People who have 'starved' themselves...This isn't a healthy way to lose weight. Just exercise more and stop eating junk food.
(Meals made up of just protein and veg are fine as long as the portion size is decent, but if you go too long without carbs you won't have any energy.)
