Flab to fabulous...
I want to be healthy and have muscle. I occasionally go to the gym and need to increase. I am on level 3 of 30 day shred. I do no strength training and to be fair I would like to but don't know where to start.
I need to start eating cleaner too.
Day 1:
Breakfast
Museli with natural yoghurt and blueberries
Water
I want some definition as I have zero! I am intending to maybe try a kettle bells class but I don't know.
