Very glad the second question was on tectonics and not on hydrology!
I also found 1C a bit tricky as well but apart from that not a bad paper.

I found 1C a bit tricky too! It wasn't too bad a paper, and the fieldwork question was okay too For 1C i wrote about the tundra and the rainforest, don't think I did great on this question though, what about you?

I thought the paper went quite well. For 1c I wrote about the rainforest (got the figure for annual rainfall completely wrong though, put 800mm rather than 2000mm) and then about how climate was affecting all the belts by pushing them north which causes problems for the tundra region.

If im honest, id say that about half me my facts and figures are made up. I don't think it matters as long as they are reasonable

I wrote about the tundra and the rainforest too :-). And I also always make up figures, they are all different depending on which textbook you have read so I don't think the examiner could argue too much :-).

    Hiya,
I found it quite a good paper too but for 1c I didn't mention the affect climate change is having on the tundra and rainforest biome which annoyed me! I just talked about how the type of climate decides the biome. What type of things did you write about for 3b? :-)

with 3b i had no idea what to put i was like how is this worth 8 marks?! and 1c I wrote about how the climate causes the desert biome to be the way it is and how animals and plants adapted? I was quite glad with the paper apart from 3b really, the questions i knew came up and i was so glad it was tectonics not hydrology!

Yeah, I think everyone found 3b hard! That was the type of thing I wrote for 1c except I talked about the tundra and rainforest. Did you mention how climate change is affecting the biomes? I was glad it was tectonics as well! Good luck for tomorrow if you're doing G2 :-)
