    Help me - bad teacher
Okay so this is probably a tad late seeing as my exam is in 2 weeks but it's better late than never!

I study computing and it's a tough course but my teacher is pretty unorganised. He hasn't taught me much and it would really help me if you guys have any methods on teaching myself and making sure I know everything.

What methods should I use to make sure I can adapt to all questions, not just learning the theory?
Any good resources for AQA computing A2 Unit 3, other than reading materials?

Would really help if you replied.
    Thank you

I don't do computing but I was just in exactly the same situation for AQA economics (I sat the exam today) and it went really well.
Much like yours, my teacher had taught us nothing. Economics is probably slightly easier than computing but in order to get the exam technique down I looked at exemplar papers, past papers, mark schemes, the official revision guide and the textbook. Hopefully this will be somewhat applicable to your situation.

I'm in a similar situation, I only got a teacher in March and started Unit 1 then and Unit 2 a few weeks ago... damn school lol.

Basically just memorising all past paper questions/answers, brushing up on things I'm supposed to know from the spec.

    Thanks for the help,
Think I'm going to push myself hard. It's annoying though because there are only 2 past papers for this part of the course as they changed the specification of the course a couple years ago. I wonder if there are any good computing resources online.

I would recommend looking at mark schemes/examiners reports to see what kind of answers they are looking for in the exam.

    Buy some revision guides?

Maybe you could hire a tutor although it might be a bit late now.

    Anyway hope it goes well!
