Keep bench during the summer?
I go to the gym, and also have a bench and weights at home for when no-one wants to go to the gym, or I cba to drive. I'm off to Uni in September and will join a gym there. I've got a lot lined up for the summer, so I think i'll be easing off the workouts quite a bit.
Is it worth selling the bench and weights to get ~ £100-150 or keep them for the holidays when I come back? Anyone else have a bench at home that they use when they're back from uni?
I'm swaying towards selling the stuff. Any thoughts? -

If you're into building muscle, you'll be disappointed to see how quickly you lose your gains. -
Re: Keep bench during the summer?
So i'm going to shrink over summer?! Haha I know I will a bit but I'm not massive (i'm naturally skinny, but not skinny anyone) so I don't think i'll notice too much. I'll be back for a couple of weeks at christmas, easter and 10 weeks in summer. Maybe I should sell the bench and just use the local gym on a pay-per-session basis when I come back?
