What are you looking to do at Uni and where at?
But there's no harm in contacting a Uni in advance and asking them where they stand on accepting BTECs alone

    Bangor

I assume there would be others but I just chose one to look at near the start of the alphabet

This was the only one I looked at and UCAs and Website seem to say yes

Yeah, I looked too. If it's an 18 unit BTEC, the few I've looked at say it's acceptable on it's own. If it's a 12 unit or 6 unit, they want another qualification. This is just what I've seen on UCAS.
If you're applying in September, then just email/phone Uni's you're interested in, in advance, and ask them whether your BTEC is acceptable.

Thank you! I hadn't even noticed Bangor on the UCAS website, sounds stupid. But thank you very much
