Hi,

I plan to take a friend with me on a day out - when a hot air balloon ride should take place (We live in London).

I've never been on a hot air balloon ride or anything - so can anyone give me advice on:

Best company for Hot air balloon rides? (Virgin, etc)
What to do and not do?
Where is the best location?
Can you pick where you want to go when you're on the hot air balloon?
And how much does it usually cost? and how long is the activity?

I'm sure that there must be someone to navigate the hot air balloon right? (If so, wouldn't it be a bit awkward - or will he keep his mouth shut or is it like a sort of tour?) Or will it just be me and my friend?


Can anyone tell me about their past experiences?
