    Ways of keeping cool in this heat
    Hey guys;

    Well, as you probably know, the UK is experiencing a small increase in temperature where it is not uncommon to rival temps found in the med.
    Anyway, I thought I would make this thread where we can share tips on how to keep cool.

    My tip is:

    1. Close your curtains
    2. Leave a small window/large window open

    Instant coolness!

    EDIT:
    This is for people who don't have air conditioning.

    Makes sense to me. How about:
    - Filling a spray bottle with water and keeping it in the refrigerator for a quick spray to your face after being outdoors.
    - Wearing loose-fitting clothing in light colours to not attract heat.
    - Keeping outdoor exercise to cooler parts of the day in early morning or late evening.
