La Haine Edexcel A2 French

Hello there

Well, I just have a really quick question. In La Haine, at the end, there is an image of a guy on the side of the wall of one of the buildings.

My teacher touched upon it, but didn't explain if it was at all relevant... Is it?

The link to the last two minutes is below

Thanks a lot for the help!!

i think the image is of baudelaire, im not sure if it was relevant but i thought it may represent the french society (as obviously he's a classic french poet) looking down on them and it being societies fault, they look and observe but dont react - sort of like the 'jusqu'ici tout va bien' story
