Seriously, that position requires an interview?

Exactly what I thought- first was an application, then you move on to an interview with the deputy-head of the school, bit over the top in my opinion but hey.

1st Q - Why do you want to be a prefect?

Then we got asked other Qs:

What skills do you think you have, that suits you to the role?
What is the difference between leadership and management?
Which one are you, a leader or manager?
Could you give an example of a situation where you have lead?
What would you change about the school?

And they might also give you some scenarios.

One of the main things is to show enthusiasm, but it depends on how serious your school is about it.
