Re: Latin WJEC Level 2
I've chosen Latin for my GCSE and my school does the Level 2 certificate and it is an equivalent to a GCSE so basically it technically isn't one but is on the same level as it and it is worth 2 GCSE's( only this latin course). Most universities will accept this qualification but some will not but it still will count for something.

Re: Latin WJEC Level 2hi everything went really funny at school so i sat the level 2 language in the summer and now i dont do latin(Original post by madena)
I'm also doing level 2 latin language and latin literature with wjec at my school.
My teacher wrote to Cambridge and they said they accept each one as an equivelant to a GCSE.
All Russel Group universities accept it as an equivelant.
