Stop making yourself throw up and eating regularly (not skipping meals) would be a good start, it really isn't good for the body or mind. If you feel the desire to lose weight do it in a healthy fashion, with plenty of 'good' exercise and healthier meals, without starving yourself. If I was you I'd bring this up to my parents or close friends, although it may be embarrassing, they know you a lot better than us. Please don't make yourself throw up, you're better than that. Weight isn't everything.

Things like this tend to be self-defeating. The only thing you can do is work towards something that will make your proud of yourself. It could be anything. Think you're not very bright? Study exceptionally hard this term to get good grades. Do you think you're overweight? Find a diet and exercise plan and stick to it. Want to pick up a hobby? Choose something you like where you can set noticeable goals: belts in martial arts, getting a role in a play if you want to act, learn a language, etc. In my experience, nothing makes you feel worse about yourself than complacency.

With your particular problem.. it sounds like you have bad eating habits. Obviously you shouldn't be making yourself throw up... bulimia has nothing to do with size (i.e. I'm too chubby to be bulimic!), but rather it's about a bad habit. Did you actually get on a scale? Do you really know that you're overweight? If you're not weighing yourself then most of it could be in your head... that's how people become bulimic or anorexic in the first place. Get on a healthy diet and start exercising. If your family and friends say something else about it then maybe you really are too skinny... but ultimately, if you want to feel better about yourself, you need to make yourself proud of yourself.
