Hi all,

I'm doing my Physics unit 2 and 3 exam next Wednesday and I'm sure that I'm not the only person that wants to know what type of questions come up frequently in the exams. Any examples of popular questions and on how to answer them will be useful!

For example:

Give a source of background radiation that is unnatural.
Radioactive Waste from nucleur power stations

Or Factors that increase the braking distance of a car-give two examples:
1)badly maintained brakes
2)wet roads/icy conditions
e.t.c.

ANYTHING WOULD BE HELPFUL!!!

If you are doing the old specification, then Unit 3 always has at least one on describing generator/motor effect, how transformers work or a calculation about them, and one about whether something is stable (balanced moments etc). If you're unsure there are loads of past papers online: http://web.aqa.org.uk/qual/newgcses/...rev=03&tabid=1
