Pharmacy places are pretty competitive and the work experience and extra curricular you do make a real big difference cos everyone's getting pretty much good grades at A level nowadays so you need something extra to show how committed you are. Comes very handy in the personal statement & for the interviews too. I didn't do the work ex too long, did it in 2 pharmacies for about a week, nearly 2 weeks at each placement. Also i would try to get some more experience in other caring roles, e.g. care home, children's centre etc.

    Hope that helped

Not test exactly but they will ask you something along the lines of how you work as part of a team, with examples from your work experience, if your a team leader etc., just basic questions but you have to relate them to your work experience

Don't worry too much about them, they are not looking for the right or perfect answer, but how you cope under the pressure of them asking you so many questions so just be sure to talk clearly and be calm or pretend to be calm

The pharmacist in the pharmacy i work in said he didint do an interviews because his grades were good enough?
so not all students have to take an interview unless their grades does not reach the requirements?
