    Infradian and Ultradian Biological Rhythms
    Hey, quick question...

My teacher has described the infradian rhythm as LESS than once a day, and Ultradian rhythms as MORE than once a day.

Is this correct? Defining these seems to be harder than it should be after searching on the internet.

    Thanks
    Luke

This is what I've been taught:
Ultradian rhythms = roughly 90 minutes
Infradian rhythms = (eg. monthly and seasonal cycles)
