    Library Card
I have lost mine in the space of a week it seems. I've gone through my room with a fine comb several times but to no avail.
I have an exam tomorrow. Anyone know what I can/should do?

    Never mind. Problem solved.

For those of you as stupid as me o.O or those who are panicking you just go to the library information desk with £5 ans ask for a new one, which will be produced there and then. Simples ^.^

You'd probably be fine if you didn't have your library card with you, I guess. I wondered that lately...

Yeah, I thought the same. I really hope the University is technologically advanced enough to be able to tell who I am without a stream of numbers beside my clearly printed name.

Just look on Luvle and your library card number is on there. Just right it down on something.

Headline news: Linguistics student's soul dies.

I know where I can find my library card number. But I cannot just take a piece of paper into an exam. Even if I were to explain what it was, they would still assume that the numbers were some sort of intricate code which would give me all the answers.

Oh, don't! It's partially his exam I'm sitting tomorrow and I just know the questions are going to be dire.

Haha, I did it as my minor and it was so confusing. But I did surprisingly well on the exam so you should be fine.

I hope so. I can't say I'm looking forward to it.

I was in an exam a couple of weeks back and a guy had forgot his library card and this invigilator was getting in a stress about it and saying how serious it was. Luckily for him, our lecturer was also invigilating said it was okay because she knew the name of everyone on the course and could 'vouch' for him.

I think if you lose your card but know your number then you ought be OK if you can provide some sort of ID to prove you are the person supposed to be sitting the exam.
