Just bought a black pair of disco pants:

The fit is really good! I'm usually a 10-12 so I got the medium and they fit just right, so I'd go for XS or S if I were you. I also have short legs (I'm 5ft 3) so I wasn't sure whether they'd be too long on me but honestly they look fine. If you have an AA nearby I'd recommend going in and trying them on, and as you're slim you'll be able to pull them off!

Unfortunately I don't have an AA near me So after telling myself not to spend any more money .... I've ordered them online Size XS so fingers crossed!
