All round pair of trainers?
Want a pair that can if possible blend in well with blue/black jeans + general greyish chinos as well as various coloured tops including red/purple etc. Therefore I was thinking black/blue. Then again I might even get 2 pairs to make sure I get it right.
I don't like eccentric trainers or eccentric colours. I want to get something that looks smart and casual, something that fits in with the whole look in general. I'm thinking between a pair of Vans/Converse or maybe a pair of black/blue Adidas samba/adidas dragon trainers? Do you think the adidas samba/dragon could be the one? Although I know it comes from JD, I'd like to think it still looks decent in a retro and cool way, despite the chavvy perception some people might have of it. Converses I like, but having had a pair before they are quite weak and buckle quickly. Not great quality. Vans are decent but there is so much selection and style, I don't know where to start? I don't really want any hi-top style trainers unless they are like plain black. I just want a regular fit of shoe with a fairly regular colour and style. £50 maxish spend per trainer. Ideally I want 1 but if I need 2 then I'll get 2!
Any suggestions?Last edited by Diarrhoea; 13-05-2012 at 22:29. -

Both far better looking black Adidas trainers than Sambas or Dragons.
