I'd say mine would be a BMI or 20/21, slim but not too skinny

I'm not too sure about BMI (Last time I checked, according to my BMI I'm overweight :emo:)
In the winter I just blow up, but, I get to around 8-10% bodyfat in the summer which is perfect, as my abs and obliques are very prominent.

At the moment it's at 21.3 and although that's bang in the middle of 'normal', I don't feel right. I don't have enough energy! I find I'm best around the 20 mark.

Nothing to do with BMI really. Mine is around 18 but I'm 6'4" and have virtually no muscle. Don't care much for "attractive" but I'd feel healthier with less body fat and more muscle, probably resulting in a higher BMI than I have currently. But I think it's unfair to measure how healthy people are from BMI, unless you are obese/desperately underweight.

Snap! Yes, I have no energy, either. I'm hoping to get it down to 20 over the holidays; I always lose weight over summer.

:five: Yep, drinking water and fizz is pretty much all I do in summer I hope you can get down to 20: we should come back on this thread in September and see if we've reached our target! Though I always seem to put the weight back on in winter...

My current BMI is 20.2. Don't really want to lose any more of the old kgs...however I am looking a bit skinny-fat at the moment, slim but need to tone up as I have absolutely no muscle definition whatsoever. Tummy feels like a soft sponge

We already have many threads about BMI. I don't feel this one is necessary.
