So I need to have a bit of a rant about my boyfriend, thought here would be the best place to do it. Feel free to post your own rants and we can all group hug at the end.

This is just a rant, I am not seeking advice and I am not going to break up with him. This is merely a post for me to vent and get some things off my chest

Yesterday we went to Homemade Burger Co for tea, I said I didn't really want a burger and just wanted chips, he said just chips wasn't a sufficient tea and ordered me a burger anyway. Then when the food came out, he proceeded to eat 3/4 of the chips off my plate even though I told him to stop and despite the fact the chips were the only things I really wanted for dinner anyway.

This morning we stopped off at the shop to get breakfast, I paid for his and he kept waving his money at me which I wouldn't take as I wanted to treat him, he got in a mood that I wouldn't let him pay and called me a 'bellend' and didn't even thank me for the breakfast.

He wears his shoes with socks and then comes to my house, takes his shoes off and rubs his stinky feet all over my clean bed sheets even though I've told him numerous times not to.

He called me stupid for crying after I failed my driving test a few months ago.

Phew, that feels much better.

Your boyfriend doesn't sound great :\ but I think this is a great idea for a thread! You should tell him some of what annoys you; perhaps he'll change.

Thanks but as I said in the disclaimer, I don't want advice, just wanted to rant. Of course he doesn't sound great based on what I've posted about him but his positives more than make up for the stuff he does that annoys me, and nobody's perfect.

hahahaha, in my head thats like:
You: I'll just have chips please.
Him: No you won't you'll have a burger.

Next time he calls you a bellend just let him pay, and the bit about him calling you stupid for crying was pretty horrible, but if these are your only complaints after months of dating then you're doing pretty well overall.

Sounds like my boyfriend to be honest - need a lot of patience and skin like a rhino to put up with him, but he has many good points. Just a typical guy really!

I can't really complain about my boyfriend...the only thing is that he's chaotic in the kitchen; starts one thing then jumps to another and I'm the one having the clear up the mess!
