Accomodation - House share (3 double beds available) £300 pcm/pp - Uni Medway, Kent3 double bedrooms available in a house share (ME7), in the Gillingham/Medway area about 10 minute walk from University of Medway/Kent. Rooms available from July 2012.
Each bedroom is £300 per calendar month (ono) excluding bills, which are usually £80-£100 a month for Gas/Electicity/Water/Internet (subject to supplier changes).
- The house has 3 double bedrooms and one single room, which is curently used as storage space
- One bathroom/WC
- Utility room with washing machine/hanging space
- Well-equipped kitchen
- Living room with TV/Sofa suite
- Garden to the rear with shed (Great decking space for BBQ's)
- All bedrooms have cupboards, desk and a chair
Contract is minimum 9 months and open-ended. One month deposit required on arrival.
Most of the students are studying Pharmacy and stay during their 2nd and 3rd year, however 1st year students are also welcome and can be provided with a local tour. Both Females and Males welcome, must be clean, tidy and respectable of all boundaries.
