My sisters a bit late with her accomodation, and I'm just wondering if going into the victoria halls is a good idea for a first year student/undergraduate?

I don't live there but my coursemate did and it actually looks quite homely!
However the only flaw is paying the instalments; it doesn't coincide (link with basically) The Student Loans Company when they pay the loan into her bank account if that makes any sense but overall it is a nice private halls to live and just right in city centre where the Post Office (depot) is.
