Will I be able to get a body like this? (Pics)
I've uploaded a picture of myself now and what want to look like in 6 weeks.
Will i be able to get my stomach like these ladies by eating (relatively) well, and going to the gym 5 days per week for an hour a time (30mins cardio, 30mins weights):

You have the shape to began with
6 weeks you can certainly achieve some results
You will want a calorie defect
At the gym you say cardio for 30 minutes what cardio will this be?
Also your weight routine?
To help your stomach muscles you could try these examples (i do them with a interval timmer 45seconds then 10 seconds rest, keep going 8 times round)
Plank
Side plank (each side)
Sit ups
Russian twists
Toe touch crunch
Bicycle crunch
mountain climbers

For some reason when i do sit ups my back hurts, i must be doing it wrong?
Yeah i just want a flat stomach and a little defination.
I'm trying to limit myself to 1500 calories and i walk loads too. -

Avoid sit ups and use the others. It could be the floor (use a mat) or you could be doing them wrong
As you have a six week time limit, you want your cardio to be intense with loads of effort
I would personal stick to the treadmill and rower
A intense workout
Set a timer for ten minutes and then
Try rowing or running for 250 metres
Then 15 air squats and repeat
See how many rounds you can do -

Eat less calories than u need to maintain ur weight, cut down on carbs and do 40 mins of fast walking on the treadmill everyday and also once a week up ur calories by about 500 cals inorder that ur body doesnt go into starvation mode and start storing fat
btw if u can start lifting weight not heavy though -

You're looking to shift a bit of baby fat, get lean and get that shape?
- HIIT on a speed cycle. Not an actual bike, just those that are made for sprinting.
-Forget the treadmills, they screw your skin up, your bones and most importantly, they **** with your knees
-Overhead pressing/push pressing with a barbell. Why?
It relies on core stability and it can develop the mid/waist area.
-Back squats. Develops the hips and legs.
Your diet should involve lean meat if you are going to have any and milk which is crucial for recovery and growth. Low fat option for you.
Do not cut carbs out but instead find the best ones out there. Cut down on the bread aswell but if you have bread, keep it seeded and wholemeal.Last edited by HARRY PUTAH; 09-06-2012 at 18:31. -

And how is this easy may i ask?
just do the ab machines and some weight exercises (not too heavy) and eat really healthy....you dont actually need to do anything really challenging in the gym to look how u wanna look......its the diet thats the key....

And the problem with the eating part is that i have literally no money, and most of my meals are cooked for me so i can't control everything.
I'm trying to eat relatively healthy, i.e. porridege, tuna sandwichs (brown), and pasta/rice etc. for tea.
Tbh most of my diet is carbs cos thats all i can afford! -

I got checked today, and my BMI is 20 but my BF is 28%...Which i need to get down! -
