out of breath when drinking alcohol?

out of breath when drinking alcohol?i usually drink vodka or wine but yeh ive noticed the past few times im just sooooo out of breath i cannot breath hardly or im panting like ive just ran a mile!
It also happens the day after and i cant speak bc i jus end up panting!
Why is this?
