No, it's not very likely.

All courses are AAA/A*AA and are considered to be of equal worth and are heavily oversubscribed by applicants in the first cycle. It would never be possible, all tutors would see is someone who kind of now wants to do medicine at their institution. Medicine has waiting lists instead or...Aberdeen (for instance) had an issue of not enough people this year, they simply started interviewing people they had previously rejected.

You could give it a try, but, it's a push i'm afraid.
