    Chemistry with Chemical Engineering?
Where can I find which universities offer a combined honours degree of Chemistry with Chemical Engineering?

Don't think there's such thing, the only one I know of that is similar is Imperials Chemeng with fine chemicals processing, with only slightly more chemistry in than a normal Chemeng degree. Also I don't really see what the point would be, you wouldn't be a properly qualified engineer so really you should do one or the other.

Thw two degrees are actually very different, despite the names.

This. I do chemistry (F110, for reference), and one of my housemates in first year did chemical engineering (unsure of the course code), and the degrees are extremely different! Running a course about both would be extremely difficult to make you learn anything in enough detail to be worthwhile.

Take a look at some university websites and see the sort of modules that are included in each degree and you'll see how different they are! You'll also be able to get a feel for which of the two you may prefer.
