    Question about gym
Hey guys, I've ran into a problem I've injured my tooth badly which led to an infection. I have a swollen jaw and find it hard to eat anything because It's very painful. It looks like I'll be out of the gym for at least a week. What will this do to my gains?

Won't have any long term effects.

It may take you a week or so to get back to your normal lifting strength, though.

Yeah, it is only a week like has been said. But it might help you get back into things quicker if you make sure you drink a few protein smoothies or something to keep your body with reasonably decent nutrition while you aren't really eating
