chemistry concentration graphs simple please help!

I'm unclear as to what the graph relates to but by looking at the graph, I think you are referring to a simple experiment where a constant volume of acid (of varying concentrations) is being added to an EXCESS of some other compound.

Obviously as your acid concentration increases the rate of the reaction increase; hence the higher initial gradient.

However, as the concentration increases so does the number of H+ ions and hence the limiting agent (the acid) allows for a greater volume of gas to be evolved.
