    How to delete a thread?
    Apologies for the noob question - but how do delete a thread?

    Cheers for any help.

    You can't delete threads yourself, but the moderation team can delete up to ten of yours for you. Just post a thread in Ask A Moderator with a link to the thread(s) in question.

    Or you could just report the thread and say you want it deleted.

    Indeed, but a thread in Ask A Moderator is often more appropriate, especially as thread removal requests often involve more than one thread.
