you need to know the model of your GPU to update the drivers not the computer model. Download speccy from piriform and run it. It will give a list of components then look for the GPU model.

His computer has no GPU, it has integrated graphics.

Hmm the drivers page for your model do not support windows 7 it seems, there are only options for windows XP and windows vista (but this only supports the 32 bit version)

My downstairs PC had 512MB of RAM too upgrading it to 2 GB made pretty much zero difference aswell... lol

Hey if you can't get it working it might mean that your video card is too old to support Areo. You can get a cheaper one for £20 assuming you have a PCI-E slot on your motherboard.

I can't access that site, I need a dell account or something but the 3100c drivers are on that intel link I posted. Any motherboard drivers and that intel chipset. You don't have a graphics card so don't be looking for graphics drivers.

tbh I think the video card isn't great so tbh I think the answer is "upgrade video card etc... which is not worth it as I've gave my old computer, the computer we are talking about to my cousion as I've got a new computer"

No problem.

The answer can't be upgrade the video card because the 3100c has no pci slots, it's all integrated graphics.
