In a situation where tough targets were to be achieved, what did you do? how? how did you do better than others?
A situation in which u made some mistake, what was the situation? what was the outcome? how did you get it resolved? what did u learn from it?

Re: Phone interview with UniCreditMine wasn't technical at all, just motivational questions (why do you want to do the summer internship etc etc). Nothing hard at least..

has anyone got invited for an interview yet or heard back since the phone interview?
and also when did u apply, i only applied 2 weeks ago so was quite happy and supprised they gave a phone interview quite quickly. -
