Do I have gynecomastia?

Do I have gynecomastia?I'm not sure if I have it or not, I'm sort of a skinny-fat body
I was looking in the mirror and I couldnt help but think do I have gynecomastia? My nipples look a little bit big, they dont stick out, they just look big? I'd say they are about the size of a 20p coin. Would working out make them smaller or am I over analysing things & they are a normal size?
