    making friends at uni
hey i'm new so apologies if i'm already doing something wrong haha.
i've finished my first year, studying visual communication, going into second.
I've never had a problem making friends, but during my first year i found it hard to 'click' with people. People seemed to form groups fairly quick, there's about 45 of us altogether. I talk to people but i don't have a group i regularly hang/go out with, and it's really bummed me out. I can't really get my head around it.

(our uni doesn't have halls, so everyone goes into a shared house or similar)

Tricky but common I'm afraid. I see a few loners on my course but to be really honest I'm happy with the group of 4 that I'm in and don't feel inclined to move it to a 5 or a 6. That's doesn't stop them approaching us but they would need to make the first move.
