Just made my firm choice to study Human Biology at Loughborough, anyone else on here made their firm for Human Biology at Loughborough or just Loughborough in General?

I'm doing history, economics and biology, I dropped English literature, what about you?

I'm studying biology, physics and history, having dropped chemistry at the end of last year!

Im hoping that I do, well hoping I get in first haha, do you know how competitive places are?

I'm sure you'll have done fine! I'm not sure, I went through UCAS Extra and we didn't get told- but we did get told the course was full and they had turned people away who hadn't got the grades.

Even (and this is worst case scenario!) if you don't get the grades, it'd be worth ringing the course organiser and begging, if lots of people haven't got what they needed they might reconsider. Although with fees so high now, I don't know how competitive it will actually be! x

I'm trying to stay as positive as I can.

Yeah I'm hoping with the increased fees there will be less people who will have applied, plus yeah I've been told to ring up if I miss them, worth a shot haha

Yeah, try and find your hall fb group and join that too once you're confirmed and all that jazz.

I enjoy the course, sure there's modules you like and some you don't like so much.. but pretty sure thats the same for all courses and I suppose they're all there to benefit us in the end!
